Ores and Hard Rock

The ore and hard rock markets have become a core focus for HAZEMAG Group since the acquisition of IMS Engineering in 2008, and allmineral in 2012. The acquisition of IMS Engineering enables HAZEMAG Group to offer Gyratory, Cone and Jaw Crushers to customers in the ore industries, whilst the beneficiation technology offered by allmineral is also of high interest for ore customers. Both companies have a very strong reputation for high quality products in this market sector, and this will enable HAZEMAG Group to further increase its presence in the ore industry. To date, the HAZEMAG Group has sold over 430 machines or plants into the ore industry. Capabilities in these markets include:

Screening / Feeding

HAZEMAG Group has supplied both Apron Feeders and Roller Screens to customers in the ore industry.

Crushing

The HAZEMAG Group portfolio includes various crushing solutions for ores. Through a license from Kawasaki / ETCL, IMS Engineering is developing and manufacturing Gyratory, Cone and Jaw Crushers.

Due to its very high reduction ratio, compared to cone or jaw crushers, HAZEMAG Group’s Impact Crusher is also a suitable solution for some ore or hard rock applications.

Beneficiation

More than 120 alljigs and 57 allflux have been sold to customers from the ore industry in Australia, Brazil, South Africa, India and many other countries.

The gaustec has also been a big success in the ore industries, with 80 units sold over the last 7 years.
